Chante Truscott

Chante Truscott, MBA, serves as the Chief People and Equity Officer and Executive Director of People Services at engage2learn since April 2021. Previously, Chante held the position of Senior Partnership Specialist at the U.S. Census Bureau from May 2019 to August 2021 and provided consultancy in human resources at Truscott Enterprises from January 2012 to April 2021. Chante's extensive experience in human resources includes serving as Human Resources Director at Community Action Partnership of Western Nebraska and Navigator Program Manager at Community Action Of Nebraska. Chante holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from American Intercontinental University and possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution, along with an Associate of Arts from Lone Star College.
