Venkata Ramana has been working in the field of technology for over 17 years. In 2004, they began their career as a Test Engineer at Impact Solutions. Venkata then moved on to be a QA at Mantra Group Inc in 2007, followed by 800PBX in 2008. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Sr. QA at Invox, where they were responsible for IVR Testing. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Sr. QA at ClickDesk. In 2015, they became a Product Manager at Agile CRM, where they focused on understanding user requirements and optimizing the product to achieve business goals. Since 2018, they have been working as a consultant. Most recently, they were appointed as Chief Operating Officer at EngageBay Inc. in 2022.
Venkata Ramana attended Kakatiya University from 1996 to 1999, followed by Osmania University from 2000 to 2002. Venkata also holds an ISTQB certification.
