Ali Bybee

Ali Bybee is currently serving as a Team Lead/Business Development Agency at Engagex since January 2023. At Engagex, Ali supervised a team of 11 agents, conducted weekly meetings to enhance employee effectiveness, provided personalized training to improve team performance on quality assurance metrics, and focused on customer service to boost customer retention and conversion. Ali is also a student at Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business. Prior to Engagex, Ali worked as a Content Creator/Sales Associate at Utah Run from February 2016 to May 2019, where responsibilities included managing marketing events and races, creating social media content, communicating with supply companies, and training employees in store procedures.
