C Nicole Ramseur has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. C Nicole began their career at John Hancock as a Management Executive, where they were involved in various programs including the Executive Management Program and played a key role in implementing the domestic partner benefit program and online forms program. C Nicole then transitioned to the real estate industry, working as a Real Estate Agent at Weichert, Realtors. During their time there, they served as both a Seller's and Buyer's Agent, specializing in relocation, first-time homebuyers, and staging. Later, they joined CareerEco Virtual Events as a Client Engagement professional, where they successfully managed a team, redesigned the Customer Service Department, and implemented a new CS ticketing system. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Engagifii.

C Nicole Ramseur received their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Syracuse University between 1990 and 1994. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Business Fundamentals for Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn in April 2022.
