Erik Dowdy

Erik Dowdy is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in sales, management, and customer relationship management. Currently serving as a Real Estate Advisor at Engel & Völkers Atlanta since March 2017, Erik specializes in onsite sales and management of multi-family residential condominium communities and is a lifetime member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors' Multi-Million Dollar Club. Prior to this, Erik held various roles at The Marketing Directors, Inc., including Associate Broker and Sales Manager, where responsibilities encompassed pairing real estate needs with optimized solutions and managing sales agents for luxury residential projects. Erik's earlier experience includes significant sales achievements at Novare Group, Verizon Business, and SPSS, where strategic relationships and successful implementations of technology solutions were key focuses. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Operations with a minor in Accounting from DeVRY University.
