Chris Snell

Chris Snell is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry. As President of Snell Development, LLC since January 2014, and President of Snell Real Estate since its founding in 1997, Chris established Snell Real Estate as the largest privately owned real estate brokerage in Baja, specializing in luxury properties and master-planned communities, achieving over $1 billion in sales within the first decade. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Real Estate for The Koll Company from September 1991 to April 1997, where responsibilities included master plan development and sales operations for prestigious resorts in Los Cabos, and earlier as a sales agent at the Palmilla Resort. Chris holds a degree from the University of North Texas, earned between 1980 and 1983.
