Agostinho dos Santos Giraldes Neto has extensive work experience in the field of taxation. Agostinho dos Santos began their career in 2008 at Leite, Tosto e Barros Advogados Associados, where they worked in civil litigation until 2009. Agostinho dos Santos then joined KPMG Transnational Tax Services, where they specialized in international corporate tax and handled various projects related to multinational operations and investment funds. In 2012, they moved to KPMG Tax Advisors and focused on indirect tax and customs, providing tax planning and system parameterization services. From 2014 to 2017, Agostinho worked at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant, managing teams and working on projects related to due diligence, tax planning, and analysis of special regimes. In 2017, they joined Engelhart Commodities Trading Partners as a LaTam - Tax Specialist, responsible for tax-related tasks in Latin America. Agostinho dos Santos later became a US Tax - Associate Director before taking on the role of Tax Director in 2022. Currently, Agostinho is also working at BTG Pactual as a Tax Associate Director, and they recently took on the role of Tax Director.
