Fan Hong

Fan Hong has worked for Engender Technologies Limited since 2019, where they currently hold the roles of Team Lead and Electronics/Biophotonics Physicist. Prior to this, they worked at Huawei from 2013 to 2019 as Project Coordinator.

Fan Hong has a varied educational background. From 2007 to 2009, they studied Electronics at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University and earned a BEng. Fan then went on to study Electronics at the University of Liverpool from 2009 to 2011, earning a BENG. In 2011 and 2012, they studied Bioelectronics at The University of Edinburgh, earning an MSc. Finally, from 2015 to 2018, they studied Applications for Plasmonic Super-imaging at the University of Otago, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
