With a strong background in quality assurance, Lambert has held various managerial and senior roles at organizations such as Azzur Group, Vor Biopharma, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Ipsen, Sanofi Genzyme, Shire HGT, Lonza Biologics, and GlaxoSmithKline, focusing on quality management, compliance, and system remediation. Lambert's career began with a temporary validation position at Glaxo Wellcome Biopharmaceuticals, culminating in over two decades of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
