Joseph Simpson

Joseph Simpson is a highly experienced geotechnical engineer with a strong background in civil engineering. Currently serving as a Project Geotechnical Engineer at ENGEO NZ & AU since July 2020, Joseph previously held positions as a Geotechnical Engineer at Tonkin & Taylor from November 2011 to January 2019, and as an Undergraduate Civil Engineer at Airey Consultants Ltd for a brief period in 2010. Joseph's expertise includes stormwater and wastewater reticulation design, CAD draughting, drainage design, and tender price assessment. Prior to these roles, Joseph gained experience as an Undergraduate Site Manager at Kalmar Construction Ltd, overseeing quality assessments and site safety audits for a major apartment building project. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) (Hons) in Civil Engineering from The University of Auckland and completed NCEA Level 1-3 at Rosmini College.
