Marian Hurta

Marian Hurta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent sourcing and leadership. As Co-Founder and CEO of ENGETO Academy since April 2016, Marian has played a pivotal role in the growth of the startup. Prior to this, Marian served as a Talent Sourcer at IBM from February 2015 to March 2016, focusing on sourcing IT candidates and enhancing their preparation for interviews while also working on marketing initiatives and university relations. Marian holds a Bachelor's degree in Project Management and Finance from Mendel University in Brno, earned between 2012 and 2015.
