Thomas Baudlot

Thomas Baudlot has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Thomas worked at ENGIE South East Asia, where they served as the CEO Energy Solutions APAC and Country Head for South East Asia from July 2021 to present. Prior to that, they held the position of CEO from September 2020 to August 2021, and Chief Finance & Strategy Officer from January 2019 to September 2020.

Baudlot was also involved with the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (FCCS) as the President starting from June 2021.

Before joining ENGIE South East Asia, they worked at ENGIE, initially as a Controleur Financier from an unspecified date in 2011 to February 2015, and later as the Regional CFO Services APAC from March 2015 to December 2018.

Thomas Baudlot's education history includes an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School, which they completed between 2014 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in IT & Sciences cognitives from EPITA: Ecole d'Ingénieurs en Informatique, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Thomas Baudlot has obtained certifications in the Ignite Programme from the London Business School in February 2023 and in Diversity, Inclusion and Gender Balance from ENGIE in December 2021.
