Robert Spurr

Robert Spurr is an experienced finance executive with a strong background in leading financial operations across various sectors, including energy, healthcare, and manufacturing. Currently serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer at ENGIE AU, Robert oversees financial responsibilities for Batteries, Hydrogen, Gas, and Hazelwood within the Flexible Energy Global Business Unit. Prior experience includes roles as Interim CFO at Adherium, Chief Financial Officer at Energy Power Systems Australia, and CFO at Pacific Hydro, where Robert facilitated the approval and construction of significant renewable energy projects. Earlier in the career, positions included Finance Manager and Commercial Manager for South East Asia at Orica, and various financial roles at ICI Paints. Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance and has completed advanced executive programs at London Business School and INSEAD, among other educational qualifications.
