Tereza Peres

Tereza Peres is an experienced People Talent Manager at ENGIE Chile since August 2022, overseeing the design and implementation of people development strategies and ensuring a diverse and inclusive work culture. Prior to this role, Tereza served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Vacasa, managing the entire employee life cycle across multiple countries. Earlier experience includes positions at Enel, where Tereza coordinated digital transformation in HR processes and acted as HR Business Partner for Energy Management in Latin America, as well as roles at Enersis Chile (now Enel Chile) and Grupo Graña y Montero, focusing on talent attraction and organizational development. Tereza holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from CIESA Centro Universitário de Ensino Superior do Amazonas.
