Anne Schanz

Anne Schanz is an experienced software developer specializing in backend and mobile API design and development using Ruby on Rails. Currently, at Mobisol Group since August 2012, Anne contributes to software product design for point-of-sale and installation/maintenance applications in low-network areas, working within an agile development team. Previous experience includes freelance roles at betterplace.org and PenPal Schools, where Anne supported scrum teams and developed an educational online discussion platform, respectively. Additionally, at IICD, Anne acted as a technical consultant, focusing on a social network platform for NGOs in ICT4D, and provided consulting services in the edutech sector. Anne holds a Certificate in Design Thinking from Hasso Plattner Institute and a Magister Artium in Information Management, with minors in Psychology and Business Administration from Stiftung Universität Hildesheim.
