Roberto Luanda

Roberto Luanda currently serves as the Credit Assessment Coordinator at ENGIE Energy Access (Africa) since October 2020, where responsibilities include assessing client financial capabilities, validating system data, identifying fraud, and leading a team. Previously, Luanda held roles as a Quality Officer focusing on customer service monitoring and complaints management, as well as a Customer Line Officer, where activities included client support, collections, sales, and customer satisfaction research. Prior experience includes working as an Enumerator at CS Research Lda Mozambique, and as a Case Manager at the World Food Programme, managing humanitarian support projects. Education was completed at Instituto Superior Mutusa with a degree in Accounting and Auditing.
