Benoît Houtevels

Benoît Houtevels is an experienced HR professional with a focus on digital transformation and data management in human resources. Currently serving as Group HR Data & Digital Employee eXperience Director and HR CIO at ENGIE since June 2018, Benoît leads the SEZAME program to overhaul the HRIS suite, enhance data privacy, and streamline HR processes. Previous roles within ENGIE include Head of HR Change, Tools & Analytics for BU BeNeLux and Project Manager for HR Transformation & Digitalization. Benoît's extensive background also includes key positions in HR performance and information systems across various organizations, starting from HR trainee roles at Sibelga and SAP BeLux. Benoît holds a Master's degree in Industrial & Commercial Psychology from Université libre de Bruxelles and has completed advanced education in digital transformation and human resources management from ESCP Business School and Vlerick Business School.
