Pragati Jain is a seasoned professional in client services and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Client Services at EngineerBabu Inc. since August 2014, where responsibilities include consulting with the CEO on enterprise-wide strategies and driving sales and business growth. Previously, Pragati held the role of Country HR Head at Google from August 2013 to August 2014, overseeing internal recruitment processes, and served as Co-Founder of CareerHolder from April 2012 to April 2013. Earlier experience includes HR Head at Google focusing on IT recruitment across various sectors and roles as HR Executive and Manager at Adobe, emphasizing client acquisition and recruitment strategies. Pragati holds a PGDM in HR from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from RGPV Bhopal.
