Calum Whitlock

Calum Whitlock has had a varied and extensive work experience at Engineered Profiles LLC. Calum started as a Quality Engineer Intern in 2007 before moving on to roles such as Quality Systems Manager, Systems Engineer, and eventually IT Manager. In their various roles, they have been responsible for managing ERP systems, Oracle databases, and system administration. Calum has also led process improvement projects and implemented inventory management systems, resulting in significant improvements in efficiency and customer service. Calum's accomplishments include developing Oracle PL/SQL procedures to reduce customer pricing update time, launching a product family by managing the PPAP process, and implementing a SharePoint document control system. In September 2020, they were promoted to the position of Director of IT, where they continue to lead the IT department and process improvement projects.

Calum Whitlock holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Franklin University, which they obtained in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Systems Engineering with a minor in Computer Science Engineering from The Ohio State University in 2007. In addition to their formal education, Calum has obtained several certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice, including ITIL 4 Foundations in September 2019, ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support in June 2020, ITIL 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve in December 2020, ITIL 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value in June 2021, and ITIL 4 Specialist: High Velocity IT in December 2021.
