James Wiles has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. James started their career at BI-LO, Inc in 1977, where they held various roles including Stocker, Bagger, Produce Clerk, Produce Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and District Produce Specialist. In 1986, they became a Regional Produce Specialist in charge of managing the Produce/Floral operations of a region consisting of 80 stores. James then became a District Manager at BI-LO, Inc from 1990 to 1994, overseeing an $80M budget and a staff of over 1000 employees at 12 retail locations. James was then promoted to Sr. Director of Loss Prevention at BI-LO, LLC from 1994 to 2008, where they were responsible for investigating crimes and implementing prevention programs across 430 retail locations. In 2008, James took on a new role as Pastor at Hunt's Memorial Baptist Church, where they focused on spreading the teachings of the Bible. James also served as the VP & General Manager at Engineered Systems, Inc from 2008 onwards, leading the company's growth and expansion efforts.
James Wiles obtained their Doctor of Theology degree from Andersonville Theological Seminary, specializing in Seminary. James pursued their education at the institution from 1996 to 2003.
