Scott Willis

Scott Willis has worked with Engineered Tax Services as an independent consultant and Senior Project Engineer for the past several years.

Previously Scott was an International Project Manager with Wells Fargo bank facilitating the creation of new commercial entities in various countries and coordinating regional teams. Prior to that, Scott was International Director of HR for a Coats, PLC – A global textile firm He was responsible for operations in over 30 countries. During his tenure, he lead the implementation of a global HR Information System. Additionally, Scott has extensive Property Management experience with several national apartment development companies.

Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a certificate in Economics from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has been a resident of Charlotte for 20 years.
