Justin Phillips

Justin Phillips, PE, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and project management. Currently serving as an Engineering Consultant at Engineering Design Services LLC since March 2023, Justin previously held the role of Mechanical Engineer at Porbeck Engineering Corporation, where responsibilities included leading teams in the design of complex systems and ensuring project adherence to budgets and schedules. Earlier in the career, Justin was a Senior Project Engineer at HUBB NYC, managing multiple construction projects, and served as a Field Engineer at Halliburton Energy Services, where project leadership and innovative operational strategies were pivotal in executing oil and gas fracturing treatments. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas in 2011.
