Mohammad Kiani

Mohammad Kiani has a diverse work experience spanning several prestigious institutions. Mohammad began their career in 2000 as a Co-founder and Member of the Board of Directors at Engineering World Health. In 2003, they joined the University of Tennessee Health Science Center as the Acting Chair. Mohammad then transitioned to Temple University in 2004, where they held multiple roles. Mohammad started as a Professor and simultaneously assumed the position of Chairman. Mohammad served as Chairman until 2014. Overall, Mohammad Kiani has demonstrated expertise and leadership in various academic and healthcare roles throughout their career.

Mohammad Kiani began their education journey at the University of Oklahoma from 1980 to 1983, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Following this, they attended Louisiana Tech University from 1984 to 1990, earning both a Master's and Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering. Later on, from 1990 to 1993, Kiani engaged in further educational pursuits as a NIH Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Rochester, specializing in the field of Biophysics.
