Carl Holding

Carl Holding is an experienced professional currently serving as the Assistant Regional Pathway Lead (South Wales), Women and Girls Development Officer, Regional Pathway Coach, and Welsh Cup Competitions Organiser at Criced Cymru / Cricket Wales since January 2020. In addition, Carl has been working as an ECB Coach Developer for the England & Wales Cricket Board since August 2021. Prior to this, Carl spent over 17 years at Tesco, where responsibilities included managing the Customer Service Desk and store security, and overseeing non-food stock control, achieving recognition as the UK Produce Manager of the Year Finalist in 2011/12. Carl is also pursuing a Higher Apprenticeship in Leadership and Management at Portal Training from January 2024 to June 2025, building on a foundation laid through education at Coedcae and Bryn Primary School.
