Hen Cowen is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in sports media. Currently serving as Senior Communications Manager at the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) since April 2017, Cowen focuses on promoting women's cricket, disability cricket, and recreational cricket, while enhancing the visibility of these areas through media and corporate channels. Prior to this role, Cowen worked at TriNorth Ltd and All Out Cricket as Web Editor and Writer, managing content creation and strategic planning for various cricket publications. Cowen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from the University of York.
