Matthew Fagg

Matthew Fagg is a seasoned professional in cricket coaching and development, currently serving as the Community Cricket and County Coach Development Manager for Kent Cricket since October 2014. In this role, Matthew oversees cricket development initiatives across schools and clubs in East Kent, coordinates county-wide programs, and manages coach education for Kent. Matthew also coaches the Kent Boys U13 Blue Caps performance squad and works as an ECB Coach Developer and Assessor, delivering coaching qualifications for new coaches. Prior experience includes project management with Chance to Shine, stock control with Tesco, and customer service sales with Trafalgar Cleaning Chemicals. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Coaching from the University of Central Lancashire and a foundation degree in Cricket Coaching from Myerscough College.
