Nitin Parmar MBA is a seasoned Digital Transformation Consultant at Learning Five, with a focus on leading organizations through complex change management processes and enabling digital transformation to achieve strategic goals. Since July 2018, Nitin has served as IT Programme Manager for the England & Wales Cricket Board, overseeing a comprehensive technology program that encompasses the digital transformation of case, membership, and volunteer management. Additionally, Nitin has been mentoring students at the University of Bath since October 2020, fostering their personal and professional development. With a background that includes roles as IT Project Manager and Youth Projects Consultant at The Premier League, as well as Learning Technologist and LMS Operations Manager at the University of Bath, Nitin possesses extensive experience in digital education and technology adoption.
