Currently serving as the founder of Steve Turner Coaching, Turner provides tailored coaching services for leaders in sports, focusing on transitions to management and supporting new dads in balancing family life and career. As a Talent System Developer with England and Great Britain Hockey, Turner oversees mentoring and development initiatives, enhancing coaching capabilities across various programs. With a robust coaching background in organizations such as Blueharts Hockey Club and Wapping Hockey Club, Turner has played pivotal roles in player and coach development. An alumnus of the University of Bath and London Metropolitan University, Turner holds degrees in Physics and Sports Management, complemented by a Diploma in Transformational Coaching from Animas Centre for Coaching.
