Prior to this role, David worked at BASF from December 1993 to March 2009 as a Tech Rep and Sales Rep, contributing to technical support and sales strategies. David's career began at Mid South Paint and Supply, where, from August 1974 to March 1992, David held the position of Sales Service Representative, gaining foundational expertise in customer service and sales processes.
