Jessica Trethowan is the co-founder and leader of Cheese School, a popular educational platform bringing together various food and drink experts in an inspiring setting. Jessica has also been involved in co-founding Eat Bristol, a collaboration of artisan food producers, and has worked in communications and development roles at Trethowan's Dairy Ltd.
