Candice Pearson

Candice Pearson is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in the arts and culture sector. Currently serving as Head of Communications and Development at Malvern Theatres since March 2024 and Director of Communications at English National Ballet School since September 2022, Candice also leads Candice Pearson PR, providing specialized PR and marketing services to third sector organizations. Previous roles include Festival Press Office Manager at Hay Festival, PR and Communications Manager, and Marketing Executive at Cheltenham Festivals, as well as various positions at Malvern Theatres, Worcester RFC, and more. Candice holds an MSt. in English Literature and Art from the University of Oxford.
