Rebecca Fanning

Rebecca Fanning is an accomplished professional in Experience Design, currently serving as Vice President of Experience Design at Engrain since January 2023. Prior to this role, Rebecca held various leadership positions at Phase2, including Vice President of Strategy and Director of User Experience, where significant contributions included maturing the UX practice and expanding the team substantially. Previous experience includes serving as Principal Product/UX Strategist at MAG7 Collective, and various roles at Wunderman DC, focusing on strategic digital marketing for Fortune 500 companies. Rebecca also co-owned and managed WeLoveDC.com, executed public relations strategies at Crew Cuts Inc., and coordinated corporate relations for the National Parks Conservation Association. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Design Leadership from The Johns Hopkins University and a Master's Degree in Design Leadership from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
