Dorene Morgan

Dorene Morgan is an experienced professional in human resources and data governance, currently serving as the Data Governance lead at ENGS Commercial Finance Co. since June 2022. Morgan has a long-standing leadership role as the Director of Human Resources at INSTEC, managing all aspects of HR and office facilities since August 2010. Previously, Morgan held the position of Manager of HR Strategic Projects at Insurity from April 2021 to April 2023, and served as the Director of Human Resources at Relational Technology Solutions from September 2001 to August 2010. Early in the career, Morgan was a Senior Human Resources Manager at Comdisco, Inc. from February 1990 to August 2001, overseeing various HR functions including benefits management.
