Brenda Ordoñez

Brenda Ordoñez has a range of work experience in various industries. Brenda is currently working as a Consultant Development Manager at Enhance IT as of December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Swagelok as a Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence Manager from January to October 2021. From August 2018 to November 2020, Brenda was a Manager and Business Unit Leader at DATAMARK, Inc. Brenda also worked as a Quality Engineer at Johnson & Johnson from March to August 2018.

Before these roles, Brenda gained experience at GENPACT, where they worked as a Quality Analyst/Process Engineer from July 2016 to March 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Front Line Manager from February 2014 to July 2016. Additionally, they interned at Sabero Organics Gujarat Limited as part of the International Exports Team from January to June 2013. Brenda's early work experience includes a role as a QC Analyst at Lear Corporation from May 2005 to August 2006.

Afterward, they enrolled in the Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juárez, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from 2011 to 2015. Their academic journey continued as they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business Administration at the Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juárez from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, Brenda obtained a certification titled "Creating Great First Impressions" from LinkedIn in December 2021.
