Juan Carlos Rodriguez

Juan Carlos Rodriguez is an experienced leader with a strong background in engineering and consulting operations across the medical device industry. Currently serving as the Director of Consulting Operations for LATAM at ECI since May 2021, Juan Carlos previously held the position of Head of Engineering Department at Confluent Medical Technologies, where responsibilities included overseeing the Manufacturing Engineering and New Product Development teams for complex catheter programs. At Boston Scientific, Juan Carlos progressed through various roles, ultimately becoming R&D Engineering Manager, leading teams in the development of high-end cancer-curing medical devices. Additionally, Juan Carlos has academic experience as a Mechanical Engineering professor at Universidad de Costa Rica and holds an MBA from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business.
