John Sperry, MBA, SPHR

John Sperry, MBA, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. John is currently serving as a Strategic HR Consultant at enhanceHCM since April 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources at WeDriveU from October 2018 to February 2019.

In their previous roles, John held prominent positions such as Vice President of Human Resources at Able Services, where they were a senior HR leader responsible for over 20,000 employees across 46 states. John also served as the Vice President of Human Capital at Tiburon, Inc., a leading provider of automated public safety and security solutions.

Before joining Tiburon, John worked at Eastman Kodak Company as the Vice President of Human Resources for Kodak Gallery. John also served as a Vice President of Human Resources at Audatex (formerly ADP Claims Services Group) and as a Director of Human Resources at ADP Dealer Services.

John's early career includes roles such as Manager of Human Resources at Diamond Multimedia Systems and Human Resources Specialist at Oregon Freeze Dry, Inc.

Throughout their career, John has gained extensive experience in strategic HR management, consulting, and leadership roles within various industries, including facilities services, public safety, and technology.

John Sperry, MBA, SPHR completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Oregon State University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. John then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR/Organizational Development from the same university, studying from 1989 to 1990.
