Regina Evans has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. In 2008, they worked as a Payroll/Benefits Administrator at ITSRx. From 2009 to 2011, they served as an Employee Service Manager at Cab Administrative Services Inc. Regina then joined Ascende in 2011 as a Senior Associate - HR Consulting, where they worked until 2013. In 2014, they became a Total Rewards Specialist at Quanex Building Products Corporation. Regina joined Robert Half Management Resources in 2016 as a Project Consultant and later moved to Sound Physicians in 2017 as an HRIS Project Manager. In 2019, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant on a freelance basis before joining PayTech as a Private Equity Sr Consultant. In 2020, Regina founded makeHRwork LLC, a consultancy focused on HR and Payroll technology, and served as the Founder & Principal. Regina closed the company in 2022 due to major life changes. Currently, they are a HCM Consultant & Project Manager at enhanceHCM.
Regina Evans has a diverse education history. In 1998 to 2000, they attended Wichita State University and studied General Studies. In 2009, they briefly attended Houston Community College, focusing on Human Resource Management. Later, in 2015 and 2016, they enrolled in Western Governors University, with a field of study in Business Management.
Alongside their education, Regina has also obtained several certifications. In 2009, they became a Certified Payroll Professional through the American Payroll Association. In 2019, they became an UltiPro Core HR/Payroll Solution Delivery Partner through Ultimate Software. Most recently, in 2020, Regina acquired the Dayforce Professional certification for Core HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, and Benefits from Ceridian.
