Niroshni Gajendran

Niroshni Gajendran has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2012 as an intern at ART TELEVISION BROADCASTING COMPANY. In 2013, they interned at A K Mylsamy & Associates, followed by a mini-pupillage at Goldsmith Chambers Immigration and Public Law in 2014. In 2017, they became an Accredited Mediator at ADR ODR International Limited. In 2018, they became a Lecturer of Law at CINEC Campus. In 2019, they took on the role of Non Executive Director at Enhanzer (Pvt) Ltd. In 2020, they started their own business, Niroshni Gajendran Coaching, as a Life & Business Strategist. Additionally, they are currently the Treasurer of both Ladies Circle Sri Lanka and BNI (Business Network International).

Niroshni Gajendran has a background in Law and Business. Niroshni obtained a Law and Business Studies (Qualifying Law Degree) from the University of Warwick in 2016. Prior to that, they attended Colombo International School from 2006 to 2011. Niroshni has obtained three additional certifications, including a Robbins-Madanes Trained Coach from Robbins Madanes Training in 2022, an Accredited Civil-Commercial Mediator (UK) from ADR ODR International Limited in 2017, and an Accredited Mediator 2017 (USA) from ADR ODR International Limited in 2017.
