Lexie Villegas

Lexie Villegas is currently the Manager of Sales Enablement at eni, starting in April 2024. Prior to this role, Lexie served as a Sales Operations Specialist at RethinkCare from January 2022 to April 2024, where responsibilities included maintaining expert knowledge of sales processes, analyzing data for trends, and identifying process improvements. Lexie also held the position of Sales Development Representative at RethinkCare, focusing on securing meetings from marketing-generated leads and collaboratively working with the Sales team. Earlier career experiences include roles as Business Development Manager and Associate at RTS Carrier Services, Sales Team Lead and Sales Advisor at Inside Ventures, and Front Desk Trainer and Hostess at Yard House Restaurants. Lexie holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Benedictine College, earned in 2018.
