Johann Hochuli

Johann Hochuli is an experienced marketing and retail professional with a strong background in managing teams and developing strategic initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing & Retail Non Oil Activities at Enilive since 2017, Johann oversees 85 convenience stores in Switzerland and leads a team of five. Prior roles include Chef de vente retail at Carlsberg Breweries AS/Feldschlösschen Getränke AG, where management extended over seven representatives, and Retail Category Manager at Eni, overseeing operational management with over 100 suppliers. Johann has also contributed to sales and marketing efforts at organizations such as Switcher SA, KEYSTONE-SDA-ATS AG, and Nestlé Suisse, demonstrating expertise in project management, client acquisition, and cross-selling strategies. Johann holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economie d’entreprise from the School of Management Fribourg and a leadership certificate from SVF-ASFC.
