Luigi Napolitano

Luigi Napolitano is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in smart mobility services and digital marketing. Currently serving as Head of Operations, Systems and Profiles at Enilive since August 2020, Luigi manages back-end and app systems along with CRM initiatives. Prior to this role, Luigi spent nearly a decade at Eni, where responsibilities included overseeing car sharing operations and digital transformation efforts, as well as managing IT systems and supplier contracts. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a General Management Program from SDA Bocconi, complemented by earlier experience as a Sales Account at DEMA spa.
