Onur Bulutcan

Onur Bulutcan is a seasoned Project Engineering Manager at ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş. since January 2012, with extensive experience in electrical engineering and project management across various power plant and oil & gas projects. Previously serving as Lead Electrical Engineer at ENKA POWER SYSTEMS B. V. and the Engineering Energy Group, Onur has contributed to notable projects such as the Baghdad Electrical Power Station Besmaya and the OBARI Gas Turbine Power Plant in Libya. Earlier roles include Electrical Commissioning Engineer and Electrical Maintenance Engineer for several combined cycle power plants in Turkey and Russia, showcasing a robust expertise in electrical design, maintenance, and commissioning. Onur holds a degree from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi, completed in 2006, and has a solid educational foundation from institutions such as Maltepe Süper Lisesi and Şehit Öğr.
