Tim Colussi has a long and varied work experience. Tim began their career in 1998 as a Laboratory Assistant and Laboratory Technician at Orchid Cellmark. Tim then progressed to become a Laboratory Team Leader and Subject Matter Expert, where they trained new and current employees and validated new technologies. In 2009, they moved to the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center as a Post-Doctoral Researcher. In 2012, they joined the University of Colorado as an X-Ray Crystal Core Manager, where they maintained the X-ray generator and suite of crystallography automation robotics, as well as ordering consumables and training new users of the facility. In 2014, they joined Northeastern University as a Part-time Lecturer and Associate Research Scientist. Tim then moved to Boston Biomedical in 2016 as a Research Scientist I. In 2018, they joined Twentyeight-seven Therapeutics and Xtal BioStructures, Inc. as a Scientist. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Enko as a Data Scientist - Lab Operations.
Tim Colussi has an education history that includes a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Wake Forest School of Medicine, a B.S. in Chemistry from Wright State University, and a background in Biochemistry from Ohio Northern University.
