Responsible for overseeing the recruitment process within Enlighten Supply Pool. Part of the job includes developing recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring the timely and successful placement of qualified candidates. I collaborate with the consultants to understand their needs, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, negotiate salaries, and onboard new candidates.
