Jim Freeland

Jim Freeland has extensive experience in the dining and nutrition sector, currently serving as Vice President of Dining and Nutrition at Enlivant since August 2014 after previously holding the position of Director of Dining and Nutrition. Freeland is also the President of Complete Hospitality Solutions, a role maintained since May 2010. Earlier in their career, Freeland was the Corporate Chef and Principal at the Malnati Organization from September 1987 to May 2010. Freeland holds a Bachelor of Arts in Food and Beverage Management from Kendall College, as well as an Associate of Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
