Michaela Matus

Michaela Matus began their work experience in 2010 as an Apprentice at FTI Group, where they worked as a Junior HR Manager from August 2012 to December 2013. Michaela also held the position of Junior Account Manager at K-tronik GmbH from January 2014 to September 2014. In 2016, they interned at FOCUS online in the Editorial Department of Health/Science/Family. Later that year, they joined die Bayerische, initially as a Working Student in People & Organizational Development from November 2016 to September 2017. Michaela then served as a Specialist in People & Organizational Development, leading strategic projects and implementing new performance management from October 2017 to August 2021. In February 2021, they became the Pool Lead in People & Organizational Development until August 2021. From September 2021 to December 2021, they held the role of Global Head of People & Organization at censhare, where they led a global cross-functional team and implemented a global HR strategy. From January 2022 to June 2023, they served as the Chief People Officer (CPO) at censhare. Starting in July 2023, they will be joining enmacc as the People Director.

Michaela Matus has a diverse education history that spans several institutions and fields of study. Michaela began their academic journey in 2000 at Dominikus-Zimmermann-Gynamsium Landsberg am Lech, where they obtained their Allgemeine Hochschulreife in 2009. Following this, they pursued a degree in Touristik at the IHK München und Oberbayern from 2010 to 2013, earning the title of Reiseverkehrskauffrau (IHK München).

After a brief hiatus, Michaela Matus returned to education in 2014 and enrolled at the Technical University of Munich. Over the course of four years, from 2014 to 2018, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Gesundheitswissenschaften. This program allowed their to explore the field of healthcare sciences in depth.

In 2020, they added another certification to their education profile by completing an Agile Master course. While the specific field of study associated with this course is not provided, it demonstrates Michaela Matus's commitment to expanding their knowledge and skills in a diverse range of subjects.
