Dwayne Calder has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Dwayne is currently the Director of Customer Care at ENMAX, where they began working in August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at ATB Financial for 10 years, starting in 2011. At ATB Financial, they held roles such as Managing Director Insight & Enablement and Director of Operations - Customer Care and Acquisition. Dwayne was also responsible for managing the day-to-day and strategic operations of ATB's Customer Contact Center and played a key role in the full system conversion of the SAP banking system. Before joining ATB Financial, Dwayne worked at ICT Group as a Senior Manager - Operations and Manager Operations, where they managed customer service departments and oversaw the transition of offshore programs.
Dwayne Calder attended Nova Scotia Agricultural College from 1997 to 1999, but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study.
