Rafael Shahkarami

Rafael Shahkarami has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rafael is currently working at enna as the Head of Finance & Operations, where they focus on providing digital communication and support to individuals with limited access, such as seniors or people with disabilities. Prior to this role, Rafael worked at Mercer Deutschland GmbH as a Consultant Rewards and later as a Junior Consultant Rewards. At BMW Group, they gained experience as an Intern Compensation & Benefits, analyzing markets and supporting the development of new HR systems and processes. Rafael Shahkarami completed their high school education at Luisengymnasium München, earning their Abitur degree in 2011. Rafael then went on to attend Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2011 to 2013, where they pursued studies in Philosophy. Afterward, they continued their education at the same university and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from 2013 to 2016.
