Caitlin Smith, MHR

Caitlin Smith, MHR has over six years of experience in the Human Resources field. Caitlin began their career in 2014 as a Social Media Coordinator/Recruiter Internship at TRAK GROUP. Caitlin then moved to Legion Logistics LLC in 2015 as a Lead Recruiter/HR Generalist. In 2016, they took a role at CR architecture + design as a Talent Acquisition Associate. In 2017, they moved to RDI Corporation as a Recruiting and Social Media Manager. Caitlin currently works at enosix as Director of People and HR and Recruiting Manager.

Caitlin Smith, MHR obtained their Master in Human Resources Development from the University of Cincinnati in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati in 2014.
