Tracy Dugan

Tracy Dugan has been in the workforce since 1994. Tracy began their career at Gardner Business Media, Inc. as a Marketing Coordinator, then moved on to become a Web Specialist, Front-End Web Developer, and Digital Strategy/SEO. In their role as Digital Strategy/SEO, Tracy was responsible for identifying stakeholder needs, developing training initiatives, and collaborating with sales and editorial teams to prioritize SEO recovery objectives. In 2021, Tracy began working as a Program Manager at enosix.

Tracy Dugan attended Amelia High School, followed by Cincinnati State Technical and Community College where they studied Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Tracy then went on to pursue a degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati.
